Parks and Recreation

The City of Dodgeville currently has four developed parks that contribute a total of 60.3 acres of active use areas and conservancy areas. These parks are distributed evenly throughout the City with the main community park, Centennial Park, being located in the south-central section of the City. All four parks are owned by the City of Dodgeville and are maintained by the City Parks and Recreation Department. Policy for these parks are established by the City Parks and Recreation Commission and administered by the City Park Superintendent and Recreation Director.

These parks are for public use, and are also utilized by the Recreation Department for their recreation programs.
